My message for 2025

I'm not a big fan of standard Happy New Year messaging, but I thought I would jump online to extend a message of kindness, of love, of connection to anyone reading this.

This is important for me to share because the so called festive season does not feel festive for many people, from my experience over the past few years as a counsellor.

Now is a time where it matters even more to align a bit more with what you need and with what is important for you.

And to allow space for feelings that can be very hard of maybe: feeling lonely, feeling triggered by time spent with the family, or the lack of loved ones around, or anything it is you may have been living.

I want to say I'm thinking about you and support exists - not just from counsellors.

There are beautiful people in this world, but it can be so easy to fall into feeling “not seen” in a world that is so focused on individualism.

So here is my message for 2025: I hope you find some connection, both meaningful connection around you, and deep connection with yourself.
